Laura Geduldig
From ballet & tap as a girl, to pom pom squad in high school, to modern, African and teaching aerobics in college, to Rhythm in Motion, yoga and DJing in San Francisco, to Hip Hop and Zumba in Oakland, and discovering Nia in Marin in 1999, I can wholeheartedly say that I love dancing through life!
As a 1st Degree Black Belt Nia instructor with 13 years of teaching experience, I am honored to have studied with the co-creators of Nia, Debbie Rosas for my highest-level belts (trainings) and Carlos Aya-Rosas for my teaching technique. I have also completed my training in the Nia practices: Moving to Heal, 5 Stages of Healing, FreeDance and 52 Moves/MOVE IT.
In addition to Nia, I am a Master Certified Coach in my 23rd year of private practice and the founder of Vitality Coaching. The theme for my life’s work is supporting and empowering my clients and students to discover their Vitality Equation.
As a seasoned Nia teacher, I strive to create a welcoming environment where the focus is on the JOY of movement, clarity of the 52 moves, free dance, floorplay and a constant flow of uplifting music with the intent of calling forth your vitality!
When I’m not on the dance floor you can find me hiking with my husband Paul, son Gabriel, dog Daisy or visiting my older son Elijah at UCSB where he is a freshman in college.
